selection profiles - disable/enable

Hello z_o_o_m!

Is possible to add 'disable'/'enable' button in "selection profiles"

you can disable until you want to enable it again instead of removing it completely.

disable would make it not show from the right-click context menu when uploading a file.

it could be very useful when you have many profiles and want to disable some then enable for later activity.

only suggestion, thank you for your work!
