RAR Anti Blacklist mode question

Robin:
if i select "RAR Anti Blacklist mode" will z-o-o-m always change md5 hash before upload or if file is blacklisted then z-o-o-m will change md5 hash?

z_o_o_m:
My program does not know if it is blacklisted. It always changes the hash if you use it.
