Trojan detected

I don't know right now how to solve it.
I have tested it on Win7 and Win10, both Defender and MSE, I have also sent Microsoft false positive report
but their site did not find any malware in my program. VirusTotal also does not show anything.

Please, mail me if you can show me via TeamViewer so I can check it closer.

I don't know why that happens.
Windows Defender is not a good antivirus. You should consider using some better program.

Older version did not detect a threat, there must be something in 7.3.4  that causes this?

I really don't know. Because it works fine on my computer. It is weird that only few users have such problem.
If you can show me via TeamViewer, I may find out.
