Use Dropbox[APi], that is modern and up-to-date way to upload. It can also resume uploads.

I do not have devices for API. And a computer Authorization API is not working :(

What devices you mean? You just add your account in settings and then upload. It is the same.

Eagleman:
I have account on dropbox. But I can't authorization for API too. Status authorization black font.
