What the correct settings to add account.

Username + pw and api key insert = not detect account
Email + pw and api key insert = not detect account

what the correct login?

What site do you want to use?
Usually you insert name and password. If it is needed, my program also asks for API key.
If that does not work, report it directly from settings (mail button) and I will check the error.
