If its possible please and option to upload private videos, first checkbox on upload page - "Plik prywatny"

What exactly does not work? Report any failed upload from program (via right click).
Private videos are also supported. When you add files, unselect "public" option.

Maybe its just me but I cant upload via plugin, I sent you report.
