Remote Upload with direct links

I have a FTP account for backup
There are also filehosts generate download hotlinks, that can be downloaded in other IP's

But I cant find any solution to remote upload fast to multiple hosts

It is possible to make a module for Remote uploading?
Its possible to remote upload through API or other way, if the filehost doenst have a remote upload function?

my program is for direct uploading, not for remote uploading
