Allow uploading with Remote URL to cut back in bandwidth usage, just uploading to a Content Delivery Network and then Have Filehosting Sites Download off my CDN Network at High Speeds.
Example : upafile.com, putlocker.com etc, haves Remote URL Upload features.

I Would then tell them to Download of my Server Via FTP (ftp://username:password@example.com/File.exe)
