Account is red NOT Active

Hello,
After insert my host account settings, active status goes from Yes to No (almost immediately).
The hoster is DDLStorage.com. I don't have any others.
I've done some tests, and I can confirm that my premium account is working fine.
Can you help me?

it works fine for me, make sure that you use correct data to login (the same as to the web), password should contain a-Z 0-9 letters only

Could be some restriction on hoster servers?

Password is fine and data are correct, I verified many times.  :-\

you have to check if you can login from their web, if it is ok then it should be fine in program
