Need help with skin

hi. I have a question.

How to install the skin?

I've tried go to setting, but it only points me to the webpage.

I've tried to download the official skins, but it says i must open it in .exe?

I'm stuck here, please help   ???

you just download it, extract it in the folder where the program is, then run program and choose skin
