junocloud.me and lumfile.com do not work

Hi, zoom. The files can upload to junocloud.me  and lumfile.com, but they do not show on my account.
My accounts of junocloud.me  and lumfile.com is not active in zoom uploader, but they are active actually.

Please check it, thank you
