Prevent Windows from sleeping/hibernate/etc. while uploading

Hello this is my first time using FileUploader.
Today when I left my PC open for upload, I didn't think of sleep mode.
And when I came back home, my PC was sleeping and I missed all my uploads.
I really appreciate if you could add this "prevent sleep" feature.
Actually there is a program called "Caffeine" which exactly does this but I don't want to use a seperate program for this.
