Hi, I've been having intermittent problems with RG. Now I am unable to even add my account. In my first FIU when I try to add the busy circle keeps spinning and just fails (doesn't bring up the captcha dialogue)
I tried a new .exe of FIU in a new folder and this time it brought up the Captcha window but then it turn red and no to account. I have the .dll, I am registered and the details input are correct.

What's going on?

iv been having this same issue

started doing it a while back. would keep popping up a captcha when i tried to upload and wouldn't go through even after i typed it in. I clicked check account and the captcha popped up like stated above.

Well it seems to be fixed in 6.3.9. Though to get it working it means having to delete the .nast file in the F&IU folder. This is a major pain in the backside as then I have to set up all my accounts etc again.
I think I will have to make a copy of the .nast file as most times this is what I have to do as it will does not work as it should.

PS. Also could you make the .nast file written as soon as settings have been 'OK'd', not when the application is closed. Problem is if I shutdown my computer the .nast file is not saved so I loose all the changes.

EDIT. RG does not work using a proxy. Other filehosters are working fine and RG works via FTP using the same proxy OK. Is this down to the way F&IU works or what RG are doing?

- I have no idea why you needed to delete settings file, you can just check your account in settings or reinsert, no need to delete it
- settings file is saved regulary, not just when you close program
- proxy should work fine with RG too

has extinguished acc already 12 times and, indeed, anew invested he says always OK, and yes, however, with mine acc no files come.

That's exactly what happens to my account. It now says 'Yes' (before it said ''No') but it stays in black and uploads do NOT go in my account.

Yes, as I mentioned in my first post I have all 3 .dll. (Needed for filecloud.io)
I tried to check the account again and this time it turned red and said 'No'.

Yes, several times. Even in the 'new' folder that I put a fresh download of F&IU in which was working yesterday has now turned red.

well, then check your account (with the button) in settings and send bug report

OK done. Though it did say about the bottom 'no report attached' - no matter how many times I pressed 'chec acc' prior to doing it.

I got the same problem, rapidgator acct turned black and doesn't allow me upload in my acct. "use the last icon to send bug report" - which icon are you referring?

I sent a bug report twice. The problem still remains unsolved. Perhaps this is something to do with the fact that now rapidgator.net not pinged?

My problem is that it does not work through a squid-based login proxy. Other hosters work fine. It works to RG using FTP via the same proxy or just normal web page uploader using the proxy, so why not through Fileuploader?
