help with upload error

I have been successfully uploading using fu to my exoshare acct, but for the last 2 days my uploads get to 100% and fail I get this error

error:download link not found, do I not have my exoshare acct info correct now??

right click and report any failed upload,
check uploading from their web

it would appear zoom is not retaining my exoshare account login info

how can I make it permanently retain this info?
