problem with starting

I have a problem, yesterday I did reinstallations of the system and from this moment I cannot include the program, they supposedly are starting starting but after a moment nothing sie no longer is happening.
my system it Ubuntu 10.04 LTS  and Wine 1.3.37

I don't have any idea, try to redownload program
