How to use 7-zip to split file

Sorry for poor English.

In the option, these is a function to split file more then XXXMB,
and there has three option
●WinRAR
●7-Zip
●on-the-fly

but when I check the function,
7-Zip is gray and can't use.
Is this not yet done?
Or I'm too fool to use it?

Damn :/ 7-zip is much better than winrar....waiting for this new option!!!!!! thanks, mate.
