Registration of my user account

Hello,
my software is registred but cannot add my account user in BayFiles and MédiaFire:
If I put my name and password the account is not active.
If I put only my name, the account is active but red color.
My name and password are correct, I checked several times.
Can you help me.
Thank you in advance.
PS: I'm French

you need to download DLLs from my homepage to use mediafire ;)

I did, I unzipped the three DLLs in the folder where FileUploader.exe ;)

Edit : if I put any name the account is active but red color.

- mediafire - email
- bayfiles - nick to login
