Upload to Slingfile always failed

I find the probability of failed uploading too high(~50%)
And I find some links upload successfully but the file uploader show "Download Link not found"
Could Z-O-O-M help me to check what's wrong is happened in file uploader or slingfile.

you have to right click and report failed upload from program

Files list are deleted. I will try to duplicate this issue again tomorrow or next tomorrow@@
