need help with fileserve and wupload

hi everyone i'm new to the Forum, i want to ask that everytime i upload to fileserve and wupload it stops with the red cross icon on left of them at some point when uploading, i have checked the username and password for both they look green at start but when uploading stops after some time they turn red

can you please help me that whats the problem here

right click red line and report any failed upload directly from program
