need option to retry uploading

Hi all
option needed:
retry uploading files who have problemes with connection (AUTO-Re-Uploading)

i know this and i have try it....
but this option cant re-upload (automatically) files who are failed

yes, it can ... it automatically reuploads any upload which fails

it works on my computer ... so probably it already tried 20 times and failed

and he cant re-upload failed files when i restar the program
he must to retry the operation and re-upload failed files !!!!

yes, failed uploads are not queued for uploading, program skips uploads marked as failed

to re-upload failed and stoped uploads-----> make it on queue
