Requests for speed limit

Hi, could you add a speed limit option for multiple files ? Program has only speed limit for one file but it should be for multiple files.

z_o_o_m:
there is global speed limiter, each file will be limited to this speed ...
If you mean some kind of overall option, I can't add it. It would have probably the same effect (it would split the speed between all uploads, so each upload would be limited to some smaller value)
