Allow streaming on putlocker.com

You know when you upload video files on putlocker.com you have an option to make it allow streaming. Now on your program it uploads it as just a regular file. Is it possible to add an option to auto check allow streaming for video files? mp4, avi, rmvb

Oh can you do this for sockshare.com too

zoom upload the file too putlocker
but it is only download option
we need the video file in zoom  ;)
putlocker= stream hoster
