Rapidshare Account gets deactivated

Hi, i got probs with my premium account at Rapidshare.com.

Each time i enter the Account informations, my account is being set inactive immediately. I allready try with copy & past: write the account and pass in notepad copy paste in Browser than in fileuploader and back to another browser. The browsers work fine, only fileuploader makes problems.

What can I do by now?

do you use a-Z,0-9 only in the name/pass?
