I'm aware of how to change the md5 of an archive (.rar) using FIU but often you'll see working links of 'direct' video files (.avi, .mkv, etc) even though the initial uploads have all been removed/blacklisted due to copyright report.

i.e./

Here's the initial upload of yesterday's House (dead):
Code: newbielink:javascript:void(0); [nonactive]
http://hotfile.com/dl/84348176/dd50416/house.708.hdtv-lol.avi
...and not long after you'll see a working link of the same release, no archiving necessary...(live, at the moment :P)
Code: newbielink:javascript:void(0); [nonactive]
http://hotfile.com/dl/84396564/f26db14/House.S07E08.HDTV.XviD-LOL.avi
So how did the uploader bypass the blacklist of the initial upload & change the md5?

I believe FIU does not have this ability, but even so, if anyone can still shed some light on how to do it, it would be greatly appreciated  ;)

hotfile was the first to use md5 to blacklist files with md5 and the quickest to put off link after you make a report..

1) Possible to change Checksum only @ RAR files
2) HotFile doesnt use blacklists

The same method the app use for rars can be used with avi and mkv without broke it..i test it...
and hotfile deletes all the file with the same md5 that are deleted...

no, if you do it with avi or mkv, it might work, but is NOT correct

Doing it with files which are not archives means the original file has data added to it and it's very difficult to remove the Md5 change data at the end of the file. It usually works but not really ideal. Most files can have the Md5 changed in this way except for split files that need joining.
