Problem with updating

It's this is the newest version? why update

When I navitgate to help -> update, It stop on this screen endlessly

5.6.8 is the newest, download it manually from my site

Couldn't download from http://z-o-o-m.110mb.com/down/FileUploader5.exe, please update the version in the alternative file hostings, thx  >:D
