File Uploaded Does Not Showed In Account

Hello sir,
Those file I've uploaded, sometimes they dont appear in my account. (freakshare, fileserve, filesonic, registered)
But the links for those file are downloadable.

And strangely, It happens randomly.
e.g. The latest file I've uploaded shows at freakshare and filesonic but not in fileserve.
The other one shows at fileserve but not in freakshare nor filesonic.

right click -> report in my app ...

btw. using some account is not allowed in the freeware version ...
