uploading.com account doesn't work

My Uploading.com acc is inactive (red color) - login and password are 100% correct. I have checked everything. It must be program issue
Other hosts are working properly.

Please help me

use a-Z,0-9 in your password only for compatibility

i use only letters and digits in password...

do you use English in your account area?

toast:
no, i use polish. but with english it either doesn't work
