i can't chose pararell upload count 8 slot to upload

hi there, i can't chose pararell upload count 8 slot to upload in zooom :( how i

can fix it, it only show 1...

not show 1,2,3..8. only 1

I'm was restart windows, and proplem is same after :(

only show pararell upload count = 1
