first i add video > tick multihost.., ok
after this how i select only video sharing sites.
please explain.

after this process first i add video > tick multihost,
  if i select images, all image sharing sites selected as default.
  if i select files, all files sharing sites selected as default.
but, for video, what can i do
please explain.
