you can test the new engine with host which are visible :)
all host will be available in new version of File Uploader ...

Boops:
Simply turn off the firewall in KIS2010 (Windows 7) and upload speed is fine.

The problem is the firewall and not the DLL.

Edit: It is working. I have applied latest Winsock fix from Microsoft and disabled Web-Antivirus completely in Kaspersky 2010 and uploads are working properly now.
