Hotfile "Restricted Access"

I have the similar issue you discussed about Hotfile in topic newbielink:http://forum.z-o-o-m.eu/index.php/topic,1028.0.html [nonactive], files not showing up in account. All the settings are proper (account in GREEN, use account checked). But I have it showing Restricted Access. I have a Premium HF account and a registered FUp updated version 5.5.1 . The app has been restarted multiple times with the same resolve.. Only affecting Hotfile account... Please assist me to find a solution... Screenshots included

Hotfile still reports Restricted Access.  Also, the watch folder is off and on.  Why am I still not activated ?
