Keep linklist after restart the program

It would help if the linklist would not be cleared after exiting the program.
Is this possible?

Thats not really helpful because you don´t see whats behind the links.
Hosters like Share-Online.biz and Depositfiles have Links like this

if you have "use simple log" in settings unchecked, time and name are shown in history as well
