I Cant upload Files to HOTFILE

Hi ! Well my problem is what i cant upload files to HoTFile .. when i put my account in settings says "Restricted Access"
i Has readed a post to how to Upload files and i'm waiting to my account activation i think... please answer the most faster you can..
