Bug with Windows Shell Context Menu

Sorry I can't include an error log file on this one...

I went into settings and hit Create on Windows Shell Context Menu

I have the program set to single instance.  When I right click a file and hit File & Image Uploader while the program is open nothing happens.  It didn't do this before.  It used to bring up the list of hosts to choose from.
