cannot upload files into hotfile account

first, I want to say that image&file uploader is an incredible software.
and second dont know why
when i click settings -> File hosters -> select hotfile as host . then it appears on the right ->restricted access, dose that mean i cannot upload myfile in my hotfile account by using image&file uploader?
some help me
