Automaticly Upload Folder

Hello, is it possible to Upload a folder every x Days?

(To upload the same files every x days)

If yes can anyone tell me how? (Got premium) :)

I may can try to make an script for that, but I dont know how to add Files to Zoom with Command Line, how to do this?
