Upload speed is higher on browser

I have a serious problem here.

When uploading files on browser, the upload speed is higher than uploading by using this software.

After paying for donation, I thought it would be resolved. But I was wrong.

What site is it? What speed do you get in browser and in my program?

Sheniron:
I figured it out. It's my computer problem.

I did a test on another computer and the speed is fine.

Wasted money on donation.
