Add description and tags for youtube.com

Hello! :)

I have a suggestion for YouTube Uploads.
It would be nice to add descriptions and tags for Youtube Videos before starting the upload.
Because I upload a lot to YouTube this would save a lot of time for me.

My program should support that already. Just select "Set for each file individually" when you add files.
