How 2 use crypter - filecrypt

Hello,

first thanks for ur useful tool!
I'd like to do the following process:

After every upload i want to crypt my link with filecrypt and have the container called the same as the dirname, where the file is saved in.
How I can do that automatically with your tool?

My program can't crypt a group of links. Only each single link.
