BUG reporting - create a new topic and provide as much informations as you can
- Error LOG (from menu)
- screenshot
- your e-mail address (it is hidden for other users)
- do you use proxy, firewall, antivirus (Eset NOD)

or in program "Help -> Bug & suggestion report (direct)"
- fill all items and leave "Send Error LOG" checked!
