No reconoce cuenta filesonic de repente y es valida

amigo zoo meu algo pasa con el programa en filesonic,de repente mi cuenta de filesonic que llevo usando mas de 4 meses no la reconoce y dice que no!!! y en cambio entro perfectamente a ella desde filesonic y subo archivos desde su web y es una faena porque lo uso mucho,haber si puedes hacer algo por favor!!!.
