problemas con mi cuenta de fileserve

buenas tardes:

tengo un problema con FU ya que no me deja subir los archibos en mi cuenta de fileserve ya que no me toma la cuenta, es mas, la muestra en rojo

alguna idea de lo que pueda ser?

Hay problemas con el servidor, espera la actualización para que se arregle...
